The Titans battled back from 13 points down at the half and went on a 17-6 run to close out the game.

Ceandria Murphy led the way for the Titans with 16 points.

Trask (15-10) plays James Kenan on Thursday.

Boys Basketball

Wallace-Rose Hill 83

Trask 62

The Titans took control early and jumped out to a 10-point lead over the Bulldogs. Wallace woke up in the second quarter and grabbed a four-point lead at the half. The second half was all Bulldogs as they outscored Trask 47-30.

Marquel Newkirk scored all of his 23 points in the second half to lead the Bulldogs and Justice Obasohan added 20 points.

Wallace (17-7) plays Hobbton on Wednesday.

Ayden-Grifton 75

North Duplin 28

Daron Goodman scored eight points to lead the way for the Rebels as they lost in a rout to Ayden-Grifton.

North Duplin (2-22) closed out its season with the loss.

East Columbus 55

South Robeson 45

The Gators jumped out on top with a five-point lead in the second quarter and never looked back.

Elijah Gresham led East Columbus with 13 points and pulled down 10 rebounds.

East Columbus (9-12) will play St. Pauls on Thursday.
